Erythema Multiforme (EM) is an acute, immune–mediated condition characterized by the appearance of distinctive target like lesions on the skin. It is characterized by acrally distributed, distinct target like lesions with concentric color variation, sometimes accompanied by oral, genital, or ocular mucosal erosions or a combination of these [1]. Although EM is usually self-limiting, frequent episodes over the course of years can lead to recurrent disease in a subset of patients [2].
